We are two long time friends having conversation on topics aimed to LIGHT YOU UP.

John Halcyon and I started recording our uplifting and insightful conversation in 2022 with the late and legendary Janus Redmoon, all as an experiment. The feedback was to keep going so,

with occasional guests, we aspire to bring insights to inspire, offer perspectives on unique topics. 

We share our our most profound lessons and revealing our darkest struggles, 

all with the intention to SPREAD SPARKS in inspiration!
