Hello!

Welcome to my corner of the world—I’m Betsy Finkelhoo and I'm so glad you’re here to learn about who I am, where I’ve come from, and the insights and offerings I share!

First off, yes—Finkelhoo is my real last name, and I absolutely love it!

 (Feel free to ask about its origins when we connect—no, I’m not related to Dr. Seuss!)

For years, I’ve asked myself a guiding question:

“How may I share my unique gifts with the world in a way that is positively impactful, prosperously rewarding, and fun?”

This question has led me on a rich, multi-faceted journey. 

I’ve explored and shared many passions—from over 17 years of training and practicing massage and energy healing therapies, to launching an upcycled clothing line in 2007 that inspired hundreds to express their uniqueness through transformative style. 

I’ve also honed my skills as a live emcee, creative director, production manager, design consultant, and even chef, all while producing events and retreats with high-level leaders.

I’ve been blessed to facilitate women’s circles and ceremonies—both virtual and in person—ranging from baby blessingways and house clearings to masterminds and plant medicine ceremonies. 

Along the way, I’ve even performed in circuses and painted faces, both for kids and adults!

My background in Graphic Design (Kent State University) sparked my creativity, while my fascination with psychology and anatomy nurtured my passion for healing. 

Growing up in mid-western Ohio, I always sensed there was more to life than the nine to five life. 

Moving to California in 2004 confirmed that—I could create a life of freedom, expression, and service. 

In Southern California, I immersed myself in personal growth, attending hundreds of workshops, completing over 15 trainings in just three years, and collaborating with brilliant thought leaders.

 Festivals like Burning Man, Lighting in a Bottle, and Envision Festival further revealed my true nature as an artist, dancer, healer, and connector.

Today, I weave my passions for embodiment, mindfulness, and spiritual evolution into every offering I create. 

Care, kindness, and compassion are at the heart of my work, as I co-create spaces for healing and transformation. 

I’m a passionate advocate for positive affirmations, intentional living, and self-love, and it is my greatest joy to help people feel inspired, empowered, and truly alive.
