It is my JOY to welcome you to this site to learn a little more about who I am, where I have come from and what my offerings and insights are!

YES, Finkelhoo is my real last name and I love it!

No, I am not related to Dr. Suess. :) 

A little insight into me. . .

I have been asking this question daily for years and allowing it to be a guiding light for me, 

“How may I share my unique gifts with the world 

in a way that has a positive impact, is prosperously rewarding and FUN!?”

Over many years of getting to discover the diversity of expressions of my soul and staying devoted to the development of skills, I have proudly gotten to explore and share many passions. From training and practicing massage and energy healing therapies for over 17 years, to launching an up-cycled clothing line in 2007 in which I got to outfit and inspire hundreds of people to be uniquely expressed, while teaching how to transform clothing. 

I've had the pleasure of producing live events and retreats with high level leaders working as a creative director, production manager, design consultant and even chef!  I have been blessed to facilitate a variety of women's circles and ceremonies virtually and in person, from baby blessingways, house clearings, masterminds and plant medicine ceremonies. I have even performed in multiple circuses and painted faces over the years!   

I majored in Graphic Design at Kent State University and albeit an art major,  I was always motivated and inspired by psychology and anatomy, which led to my passion for healing work.  

Growing up in mid-western, Ohio, I always knew there was more to life than the “9-5, 2.5 kids and white picket fence” dream that many people seemed to have. So, when I moved to California in 2004, I quickly discovered that I could create a life of freedom, expression and service. 

My studies continued in Southern California as I followed my passion for personal growth and development. In a span of 8 years, I attended hundreds of workshops with incredible facilitators, completed over 15 trainings in 3 years through Success Resources Academy, trained to be a Dharma Coach, worked with a book mentor and multiple life coaches and had the privilege to mastermind with brilliant thought leaders!

 All the while, exploring my own life training at transformational festivals including 7 years at Burningman, Lighting in a Bottle, Envision Festival and countless others, where I got to discover my 

True nature as an artist, dancer, healer and connector.

Today, I am so grateful to weave my evolving passions for embodiment, mindfulness and spiritual evolution into the l offerings I create and to the people I serve. 

Care, Kindness and Compassion are my core values in co-creating a space for healing and transformation on many levels.   I am an advocate for positive affirmations, intentional living and self love.

It is truly my greatest joy to be in service to helping people feel wonderful, inspired and ALIVE!
